This is a terrible location, honestly. They don't answer the phone if you call the number with questions. I also personally know... they don't care about their employees and severely overwork their guys who drive to deliver the donuts to the Royal Farmslocations. This is the only Krispy Kream around and has racist rude employees. The older lady working the register was completely... disrespectful. She mumbled racist comments to her other employee about a white female soldier at the register there and wascompletely annoyed that I was there purchasing doughnuts and coffee IN THE EARLY MORNING. I have visited this location a few times! Today definitely wasn?t a normal visit. My donuts literally have no glaze on them, or... was melted off Fromm the warm temp on the store. We kindly waited patiently to be serviced and was very kind. Just to get homeand see what we had purchased. 20min ride for nothing. Glad we only got a 3pack. Has anyone else watched donuts go in the trash at this location? We stood at the window 37 minutes and literally counted more... than 200 donuts go in to a recepticle that we thought may be storage but we were told was the trash. The employees acted asthough it was a normal occurrence.... I asked the manager and she said, "well it's just something that happens at the end of theday." It actually wasn't the end of the day, the restaurant was scheduled to be open another 4 hours. Why not just haltproduction? In this day and age of starvation all over the country this seems to be so irresponsible. If Krispy Kreme has noaccountability process for their dough or donuts maybe they should give away to the homeless or give to children's organizationsas fundraisers. The donuts we were served were also not fresh, a couple of choices that we requested were not available and theblueberry were way too sweet. I do have to mention the employees were very courteous and nice and tried to rectify our orderissues to the best of their ability. Read more
The service here sucks big time, we were never greeted and the cashier seemed lost as we stood there waiting for him to come... over to assist us! We ended up leaving and going elsewhere, aside from that the location was clean and well stocked!
