Surprising awful. Mexican street corn was cold dry burned and hard. We sent it back and got fresh corn. Completely flavorless... smothered in mayonnaise. One bite was enough. Ordered the steak taco Tuesday special - it was unseasoned ground beef. Theguacamole is from a can with tomatoes added on top. Beans are also not fresh. Disappointing. Read more
Went for a weekday lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Staff brought drinks our super quickly and food came up from the... kitchen piping hot. The glasses of water are huge (a big plus in our book) and there were chips, salsa, and a smoky-ranch dipserved once we were seated. Read more

Came in on a Tuesday it was really crowded. Was able to sit down almost immediately. Took a while for the server to inquire... about drinks. Once we ordered it took about 45 min to receive the food. The food wasn?t that good. I didn?t eat half of my meal.The beef was not premium, the street corn was poorly done, but the chicken on the tacos were moist and seasoned. Courteous and quick service. We were amazed how quickly we received our food. Two huge appetizers and main course meals.... Excellent flavors but we ended up taking half of each course home. I decided to visit this place because their parking lot always seemed full. I had the paloma which tasted fine, this isn't my... typical drink but it's lower in calories (kinda). The Pina colada is also tasty and pretty sweet if that's what you are lookingfor. The salmon was okay and I plan to try the snapper next time. I was told that the Chile carnitas burrito was good. Thehighlights of Jose Tequila was the freshly made guacamole that was indeed fresh and hard to stop eating, and the big portions.It's also quite affordable. Read more
First time at Jose Tequilas. . Franklin our server very at tentative, helpful, patient and all around helpful with the menu and... drink options. Arrived at 1pm, no hurry for us to eat and get out at 3pm. Highly recommend. Love that we were treated like thiswas home. Only issue most items on the menu were not listed as gluten free, with the exception of tacos. When asked items couldbe made gluten free. Read more
