Staff was friendly, but they may not have enough employees; or at least they were shortstaffed when i visited. I was in the... drive-thru with a mobile order ready for over 10 mins. When I eventually got to the window, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and myfries were cold. Food otherwise was like any other Burger King. It's also difficult to get in and out when Reisterstown Road isbusy. They do have great mobile coupons, though! Recommend downloading the app if you plan to get some BK. Read more

When we first pulled up getting in line we saw one employee playfully hopping counters in the inside with condiments in hand. In... the drive-thru line at 10:18. It took 10 minutes to get to the speaker(where you place your order) which was just us giving ourmobile order name. It took another 10 minutes and they handed us our food. Finally 20 minutes In the line we get our food just for it to be cold. We gave it back and the drive thru attendant gave us our hot food quickly. I went there today because i was craving for it. The girl who took my order seemed very nice and this would be a good drive thru... experience for once. I was mistaken the girl who gave me my food said nothing at all no hello , you welcome , do you needanything else. The manager is very ignorant she handed me my burger that was missing from my order and didn?t say nothing sorryfor the inconvenience I said thank you to her and she looked the other way. Then i get home and before i get out my car therewas a dead roach on the bottom of my drink. As livid as i was i decided to write this review because if i would?ve went up theremy not so nice side would?ve came out. They need to be shut down and bring a better staff along. This burger king clearly needs love and I had a great experience. Two big burgers for 5+ plus tax. In this economy, it's tough... to beat. Done with Burger King. WHAT a joke. Ordered from DoorDash. The delivery was made to my mailbox, 1/2 mile away. It was not in... it's regular delivery bag, and the Door Dasher stole it. All caught on Ring camera and neighbor witness. Have not be refunded,because Door Dash said it was delivered. Both Burger King and Doordash should be ashamed. Read more
I usta work at this location but management is poor. My name is durell paige and i quit 2 weeks ago after a Racist New manager... started throwing bags of food at me on her first day as manager in the store. Played the victim after being confronted and Othermanagers did nothing. The store is poorly managed with staff but ask about me to the consistent customers.
