I asked Brittany to have my wings cooked hard, tired of the rubbery skin. And then get this, Brittany tried to charge me $25 for... an 8oz (picture attached)gold margarita and she tells me because I?m drinking casamigo with a drizzle of grand marnier, not an$8.00 shot that she tried to charge me for. I have drunk this drink in many finer establishments and have never ever paid thatamount of money. Beware of the ridiculous up charge of drinks. I have 3 receipts where I?ve paid half that amount the last 3times I?ve been here. I will be sending my receipts to corporate when I complain further. You all need to get on one accord onhow much you all charge for drinks. I shouldn?t be charged on 3 separate occasions the same with 2 different servers and thanBrittany serves me and tries to charge me double then what I was charged by 2 other servers. Beware folks. I had a taste for buffalo wings and decided to stop here since it?s been a very long time. I ordered 10 wing combo with fries.... The wait was about 20 minutes or so, I don?t know why I didn?t just get a refund because the front area was infested with fliesso I can only imagine what the back is like. I can say that the ladies in the front area were nice but my wings were terribleand not well done enough for me ( which I requested). This place needs a visit from the health department ASAP! I actually will be completely honest that this location specifically had the best quality. The chicken was really fresh tasting.... We thank the workers and we had a good time enjoying our spicy hot wings! Look at them wings! ???? Tuesday is their BOGO fortheir real wings not their chicken nuggets. Very so slow service, servers and host staff lack professionalism and any sense of urgency to get you your food on time. Not to... mention the place is infested with mice. I waited close to 39 minutes for my order only to see a big fat mouse running acrossthe dining room floor. This place is a joke literally! It deserves to be shut down honestly. Ordered for pickup at a scheduled time. I arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got the food... home it was not hot and the celery and carrots I ordered where ROTTEN. It was dark and no one appeared to know what was goingon. Not recommended! Read more
Ordered food to pickup. I got the Asian Zinger Wings and Onion Rings. The young man who took my order was nice enough. I asked... for Bleu Cheese dressing and when I arrived I asked for an extra Honey Mustard. My order came out 5 mins after arriving that wasgreat. Got home no Bleu Cheese at this point it was too late but I had the Honey Mustard tiny container for 10 wings and OnionRIngs I should have been given 2. That cost them a star. Waitress was very nice and accommodating, she was on point, we wanted for nothing. The establishment or kitchen staff have a... problem in making the food. I like my meat tender and medium rare, or medium. The way it came out of this kitchen was well-doneand I just don't appreciate that what so ever. Everyone else must have the same opinion. For a dining room to be this empty at6-615 on a Wednesday is kinda empty and it stayed that way till we left, like 718. Awesome time and great service from Q at the bar a few days ago. Big thanks to the manager Shane for stepping in and helping the... team as it got a little busy. I love seeing managers help the staff to ensure great service and timely delivery of food. We hada needy friend and Shane made her happier than she?s been at any bar/restaurant in months!
