I ordered a two scoop sundae today- and to which it didn?t have A, Two scoops lmfao and B, the toppings. As I called and said my... complaint about my ice cream- thee worker said ?we didn?t have the flavors you asked for? so I say, ?why didn?t you bother tocall and inform the customer about your stores deficiency? and the man hung up on me. I will NEVER in my life order from thisplace ever. Also it happened TODAY ! So whoever was working there has terrible people skills and don?t deserve to work there. :) Read more
Didn?t have any dairy free flavors at all, which I?m pretty sure every one is supposed to have
HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered two milkshakes via door dash and they sent me a couple scoops of ice cream instead. I asked them why and... they told me it was because their shake machine broke down. They had my phone number and could?ve easily called me to confirmthat I actually one of the ice cream and not the milkshakes, but they are TRASH!!!! Their customer service is horrible. Theworst I?ve ever had. Stay away. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I feel like I should mention this isn?t thefirst time I went there and every time has been horrible but I keep giving them chances. Never again. I?m a firm believer inmaking things right but these guys are so bad, I?LL NEVER GO BACK!!! Not to mention when I called to let the manager know whathad happened they hung the phone up on me. Literally...zero stars should be an option. This place doesn't have Cotton Candy, Daquiri Ice, or Orange Sherbert, like the... other places. The stupid employees don't wear gloves, even the ones that handle the food. I hate this place. It should have asign that says, "Free Germs" over it. Read more
A complete joke. Ordered a warm cookie sundae, the cookie was as cold as the ice cream. Also FYI hot fudge and chocolate syrup... are not the same thing. Probably could have received a better sundae from McDonalds. Read more
JD Riam is the manager in charge and did not help us at all with our order via DoorDash. He told us doordash orders from the... phone and he could not do anything about it. I offered to come through the drive thru and rectify the issue and he said he wasnot going to fix it. As a manager that is completely irresponsible especially when we had 3 complete items missing from ourorder! I have been a manager myself and currently work in customer service so there could have been an easy way to fix theproblem. Utterly disgusted with his service. Read more
I had a 1 scoop hot fudge sundae with wet nuts. I literally had to look for the hot fudge. I saw him press the handle down on... the hot fudge machine and it was maybe a half of the full amount it should have been! The scoop of ice cream was a very skimpyserving size also. My husband's scoop was very skimpy, also. I am not coming back here. I would rather buy the ingredientsfrom the food store and make it at home! This is NOT the Baskin Robbins of previous years!
