I asked for my Italian combo to be toasted when ordering. I checked it before paying and it was not toasted. When the employee... running the register asked “Sarah” who seemed to be in charge if they could toast it she didn’t say anything at first thenfinally said well they could, but it would be with all the toppings on it and they would get all soggy. Terrible customer service. They forgot half my stuff . I was told it would be 2 hours before they could come back. I told them... it was unacceptable that I had to work and was not waiting Tull 930 at night to eat because I had to work the next day. The girlwas extremely rude told me that others came first. Have ordered from Snappy on a regular basis for years but never again. Find the manager to be rude and doesn't care about... keeping her customers happy. Most of the staff are awesome but she cares more about keeping a couple bucks rather than to honora veterans discount and keep a happy customer. I recommend eating anywhere else but here. Read more
Great food I thought been eating Snappys for a really long time and I ordered my family calzones and they were really thick and... had a lot of dough and were cooked for too long and extremely greasy, the boxes they came in were falling apart. I was also toldby the individual who answered the phone said I cant tell you how long cause were really busy. Okay sure.
