This was my first experience with you. I placed an order online but accidentally sent it to the Frederica location. I got an... email to confirm my order and I called the store as directed to cancel the order so I could redo it for the correct location on54. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do because the order hadn?t even shown up on the computer. They toldme they would call me back so I could cancel it when it showed up. I waited 30 minutes and never got a call so I called again.They told me they still couldn?t cancel it and I needed to do it on the app or the email. I told them I didn?t use the app andthe email told me to call them. There was absolutely no way for me to cancel it myself and they wouldn?t do anything. I said Iwould drive across town on my lunch break and pick it up. When I got there the food wasn?t ready and I ended up waiting for 15minutes. It was also 7 minutes after the pick up time. Several people asked me what I was waiting on and I said my order butdidn?t ask my name or tried to speed it up. The staff were not friendly but I never spoke poorly to any of them. When I finallygot my food and came back to work to eat it, my order was wrong. It did taste good but I was so disappointed in the service. Read more
