The employees were wordlessly rude. I sat at the drive thru intercom for 15min before I pulled around. I explained that I felt... as if I was forgotten and I understood. The young man then asked "what I wanted", then I was parked, ended up waiting another 20min, Went in to ask for my money, they offered me a box that was sitting on the counter. They told me they couldn't refund to acard, so I insisted on the cook cooking fresh chicken while I watched. I came upon young people that really didn't want theirjobs and no matters. Read more
Food is delicious and warm BUT when at the menu ordering the food in the drive thru we had to repeat our order MANY times before... it registered with the guy we were speaking to. Then after waiting five minutes for our food to be brought out we didn?t haveone of the sauces we asked for even after repeating it that many times. THEN we get home to discover we were given 11 chickentenders instead of the 12 we paid for. I guess we should have taken out and counted each chicken tender while we sat in theparking lot to be sure? We wouldn?t have noticed our missing sauce had we not checked everything else before leaving. Verydisappointed. Read more

We ordered 2 legs 2 thighs w biscuits, Beans and rice, 2 spicy, 2 not, ZERO BISCUITS, ONLY ONE BEANS AND RICE AND ALL OF IT WAS... REGULAR NOT SPICY. THEY CONTINUALLY SCREW UP ORDERS!!! IF THEY SEND US COUPONS, MAYBE WE'LL GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE IF NOT,WE'LL COLOR THEM HISTORY!!! Read more
Their chicken sandwich is the best. Its huge. Fries are coated and they're delicious too. Slaw is usually good but this visit... it didn't taste fresh. It had an off taste and not as chilled as it should be. Lobby was clean. Read more
The signature style chicken was very good. The chicken tenders compared to other local restaurants were not that great. The... breading and flavor of the strips was good but the size of the strips was tiny. Definitely not worth the price. For the priceyou can go to a sit down restaurant. Read more
Anthony seems like a good owner. Slight issue at the register, but he figured it out quickly and got everything going while it... rebooted. Nobody seemed to be waiting long despite the lunch rush. Definitely will return. Employees were very friendly andquick. Read more
Great food, but horrible service. Your need better night staff. The last time I tried to DoorDash from here, it took a long time... to get the food. The dasher was trying their best, but the Popye's staff didn't wait on them and were more interested in closingthe restaurant. Please hire more professional workers and then we'll talk. Read more
