Online orders through the drive thru have been quick and correct every time. I appreciate not having to sign a receipt.
Get the order correct. I placed an online order for pick up. I ordered 1 large thin crust and 1 large regular crust. Both pizzas... were regular crust. Too much trouble to drive back, so we just ate it. Disappointed thought. Receipt had the crust chosen listedcorrectly. Read more
Please prepare wings, traditional and boneless, upon order. I ordered both wings, both buffalo mild. They were overcooked and... way to crunchy, especially the boneless. Almost like they was prepared by mistake, placed in warmer, then given to the nextperson who ordered wings. They obviously was sitting for an hour or so. The sauce was not even on the wings, both orders. Hadto shake them to get sauce on the wings. Ordered online with a time for pickup at 6:30pm. I picked up my order at 6:27pm. Placed an order delivery online. Paid delivery charges and left 18% tip. Thirty minutes after scheduled delivery time I called... and asked where our order was. When I spoke to the ?manager on duty? he stated that the order came through as a carry out and herefuse to deliver unless I paid an additional $4 after I already paid delivery charges and tip.
