I love the new location and the staff and management are great. You will never be disappointed with whatever you buy. I?ve had... the cookie cake and cookies and ice cream and in my opinion is is all great. Great place to just go in and sit down and enjoythe goodies. Read more
Disappointed, drove a good distance to get here and at 7:40 people were inside and the doors were locked. The sign on the door... says open till 8. Its Saturday night. If this was the case, you should at least have a sign on the door. Not workers walkingaround and not acknowledging you! Would've had alot of business. Others were coming in as well. Ordered a cookie cake online 24 hours in advance. When I got to the store, the order was in the system, but it was never made.... Had to go through 3 people just to get my money back. On the flip side, all my other experiences with them have been ok. Read more
This place was out of cookies 2 hours before close? What is the point of a cookie place being open without their main product.... It sucks to drive 20 minutes with your whole family to grab some cookies and leave empty handed with sad kids. The WORST part isthat they had racks of cookies behind the counter but when we asked about them they said they couldn?t sell them to us becausethey were for tomorrow. Seriously? As a consolation prize, we got a drink for our son and after the employee handed it to usthey walked to the back without saying anything and we had to wait and ask someone to check us out, and when we did they seemedannoyed. We sat outside for a bit talking and noticed 5 or 6 large groups walk in and right back out like we did. I had hopedthat this location would be better than the mall one, it seems the poor customer service followed them to the new oneunfortunately. After spending hundreds on custom cakes and cookies for events here over the years, I think it is safe to say wewon?t be returning. Read more
By far one of the rudest services I?ve encountered in Owensboro. My two young sisters and my mother went here for cookies, and... they were low in supply of the one we wanted. We asked FOUR TIMES If they were gonna bake anymore; three of those times they?vecompletely ignored us. The fourth time they said ; ?When they?re Gone.?. Very Rude. Out of all the establishments in that mall,that should be closed for that simple reason. The mall was not busy, like it ever is these days anyhow. They blatantly ignoredus. I will be calling in for an complaint too. Absolutely ridiculous. Only good thing about the establishment was the Coke; andthat?s not even the main purpose of the establishment. Read more
