The staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE except for the manager on shift. The food was honestly inedible. The chicken was old and the... texture of leather. The fries were so mixed in with an immense amount of the batter crisps that I wasn't sure if they were mixedwith my fries or if I had gotten an order of just the crisps and they accidentally threw in some fries. I can't speak for thefish as I didn't eat it. On top of the RUDE staff member I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and I really think they justforgot because they pulled me and they were not busy at all. There was no one behind me in the drive thru at all. I know itwasn't to make fresh food for sure. I recommend going to one of the other stores. Read more

This LJS should get rid of everyone who works there, I spent 40.dpllars for that trash... couldn't eat it,..so I through it in... the trash can. They lost a good customer.. I ordered a family 12 pack online. I went to the store to pick up in the drive thru. I received the order and went home. I was... shorted 6 fish and the fries. I tried calling 3 different times and nobody would answer the phone. I went to the drive thruagain and told the lady what had happened. I pulled around and the manager was very blunt asking for my receipt and giving meattitude. Treating me like a criminal, that went right through me as whoever made this order knew I was shorted. That much fooddoesn't dissapear. I won't be ordering anything from this kind of poorly managed store! Half of a $40 order missing is poormanagement. Treating customers like criminals is poor management. Yes, I got my food. Yes it was good. Yes I made two trips tothe other side of town. Yes I had a bad manager help me. Read more
