Lobby was clean. Slaw was cold and fresh. Mac n cheese was hot and delicious. That's were it ended. Unfortunately chicken... tenders were cold and the coated fries were also cold. We asked for honey mustard sauce but was told they didn't have any. Nofountain Pepsi either. 4 of the fountain drinks had out of order signs on them. Probably try a different KFC next time than thisone on 54 in Owensboro. Read more
Terrible service EVERYTIME we go here. It's always something with this store. Tonight they shorted us on our meal and had to... make the 20min drive back to town to get the rest of my order. If your wanting chicken don't waste your time stopping here go toLee's, Canes, or Popeyes. Read more

Saw the commercials about the jack Harlow meal looked good thought I would give it a try today at 345 Wednesday the 29 of June.... Needless to say I was not impressed at all. The Mac and cheese was about 3 bites had a weird taste like it was cooked withsomething else. The chicken was hard and cold and the bun was full of sucked up sauce. I?m just thinking if you don?t care aboutthe food you?re serving customers why even have the job. Seems not to many take pride in much of what they do anymore. I believeif the people who fixed this sandwich they probably would have been disappointed themselves. I?m sure the people have the rightstuff to do the job, but it?s like they just have no pride in it and probably don?t have any respect for them selfs.If this isyour job than do it to your best ability or go get another job people work hard for everything they get today it?s sad.I blamethe management and anyone who?s training these people it?s sad to say but probably lost a long time customer today. I went and ordered 2 of the "bowl" meals for my son and me. He wanted Mac and Cheese, and I added a side of sweet corn. They... were both small helping but cost $2.49 each. The corn was very nasty, and looked like it had been in the warming pot for days. Very upset, and wish that management could get this fixed before the store goes under. Click on the corn and let me know whatyou think. Sadly the corn in the bowl looked the same. Read more
They never have pot pies ready and refuse to cook any at 6pm they never have chicken ready it has gone down the drain
