My wife and I drove down to try out Colby?s after a recommendation from a family member. It did not disappoint! The staff were... all extremely nice and all worked together to make sure that the dining experience was a great one. The food was very good aswell. Nice place downtown to get a bite. The prime rib was good and well portioned. I liked the baked potato (loaded of course) and... the salad was decent. We tried the chips and spinach dip. They were ok but nothing to write home about. Staff was great. Thereare a few GF options (steaks and salads). If you are celiac make sure to let them know and ask not to have your meal served withthe cheesy bread that comes with all the dinners. Will return. Read more
They have great food and comfortable seating. The wait staff was sufficient. However, the day I e as there there were only two... other people when my friend and I went in. We asked for a table in the front room by the window but were told they couldn't letus sit there due to wait staff rotation. Never had that happen in an all but empty restaurant. Not sure if I'll return. Read more
Went here for my husband?s birthday for the first time and we were not disappointed. I?m so thankful we chose this place for his... special day. The service was amazing, the staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I have food allergies, embarrassinglyenough when you go to new places, and while many establishments roll their eyes at that, Colby?s went above and beyond to ensureI was taken care of without a flinch or an eye roll to the requests. We ate at Colby?s for the first time tonight. The food was absolutely some of the best!!! It might be one of my favorite places!... I unfortunately did not get a picture of our crab shrimp mushroom dip but it was one of the best things I?ve ever tasted. Thecrab flavor was actually noticeable , I?m thinking it had to be real crab. And it was served with a large bowl of pita breadslices. We both also had salads that came with a slice of cheesy bread. Pictured is our entrees that included the salad and oneadditional side. I had the Hawaiin chicken with mashed potatoes and my boyfriend had the pork chops with sweet potato fries.Both were very large servings and we both took home enough for another meal.
