Really used to enjoy this location. Absolutely terrible service on breakfast shift every single time we visit anymore. The crew... is poorly trained, had poor attitudes about being poorly trained, and the excuse for a manager they had today sided with herpoorly trained, wrong employees. Your employees won't hear about how they provided poor service if you train them to work acomputer. You consistently fail to proficiently operate computer systems in 2022, costing people quality and time. Your time maynot be valuable, but mine is. You're literally surrounded by other viable options. I'll take my business elsewhere. Will becontacting corporate for sure. Hope your 2 minutes of fame in front of your friends/co-workers was worth the hassle ma'am. Read more

The Whopper Jr was great! The onion rings were cold and mushy; threw away more than half. The large container was skimpy from... the beginning upon receiving my order through the drive-thru. The person processing payments does not represent Burger Kingwell... appearance, attitude, and actions.I felt he of sorts held my bag hostage asking for the coupon I used. I explained Iused an offer code from the downloaded app. He finally handed my order to me. This location was too slow when I passed by Mon(waited for a while, but ultimately went elsewhere.)
