This place is gross. Dirty counters, glass was covered in fingerprints and smudges and floors were sticky like they havent been... cleaned for awhile. Horrible service from the staff. Really awful ice cream that is more ice than cream or flavor. Go anywhereelse if you want a quality product and to be treated well. Read more
I'm not one to write negative reviews as I consider myself a reasonably understanding person... HOWEVER I will say I walked out... today(JULY 1ST 2022) due to rude service and was very disappointed being my 1st time at a baskin robbins and also being mybirthday. 1. WE WERE NOT GREATED/WELCOMED AT ALLLL.. after being there for maybe 2 mins we received an "I'll be with you in aminute" I brushed that off my shoulder and said "No problem, take your time". 2. Employee finished messing with her cellphone(which I wouldn't have minded at all if I would have been greated/welcomed, she could have been on it my entire order and Iwouldn't have cared-IF SHE WAS NICE) and asked what I wanted.. I stated "I have never been here before and have a couple offlavors I would like to try".. she very rudely replied "you will get 3!"... that's when I said thank you, walked out and took mybusiness to ORANGE LEAF - WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD GIVE INFINITY STARS TO COMPARED TO THE WAY THIS EMPLOYEE MADE MEFEEL TODAY. I RUN A BUSINESS BY MYSELF AND WOULD FEEL HORRIBLE IF I MADE SOMEONE FEEL THE WAY SHE MADE ME FEEL TODAY. Iunderstand there may be rules as to how many samples you can get but it was how the rule was delivered to me. If I can suggestANYTHING to the business owner/GM, it would be to have your employees take continuing BASIC customer service training. Regarding shorting on ice cream, ordered a double dip. At register the older female owner removed the top then Weighed the cup... and actually removed part of my double scoop. I ended up with a noticeable 1-1/2 scoops. Also the price was $2 higher thanlast visit for a double scoop. How cheap! Speaking of last visit, ice cream was unrecognizable as though it had melted andrefrozen. Definitely won?t go back! Read more
This is the worst Baskin Robbins location I?ve ever been to. Service is EXTREMELY slow and rude employees. I?ve tried giving... them the benefit of the doubt but after multiple visits with the same experience, I?m done. Go somewhere else for ice cream! Read more
