Food is good. But the service is extremely bad. Every time I place an order on Skip, they simply cancel it. They request that I... pull over and wait for 30 minutes if I order at the drive-through. I don't see why they have a drive-through in that instance.It's stupid. And they never have their signature ghost pepper wings available. Read more

They screwed up my order, when we called to get the order fixed we were harassed about the order. Followed by a questoin asking... about future credit for their mistake, they refused unless I brought they're chicken back in exchange for my proper order. Thisis disturbing, disgusting and downright rude. What happens to the returned chicken? If you ask me they refry and sell again.What happened to the customer is always right. You've lost our service.
