Always great food but the drive thru wait is ridiculous, always sitting in drive thru waiting. I have been only one in drive... thru and there be nobody inside and have sat for 10 mins in some cases. I could understand if it was a busy time but its not. Read more

Nothing much to say about the food, but the people here had a smile on their faces, so that was a nice thing to see..
The fact that I can stand there for 5 minutes and not have someone even say hi is honestly sad. I get youre busy and youre... training new staff, I have no issue with waiting but having 3 employees stare right at me and not greet me is annoying and rude.Food is good but service is really bad. I don?t expect wonderful service from a fast food chain, but I have never been treated by any staff as poorly as I was at this... franchise. Ignored for between 5-10 minutes while a line formed while staff stood around and were not doing any tasks.Eventually a heavier-set, brunette staff member, perhaps in her early 20s slowly sauntered over to the register and stood therewithout a word. A simple ?can I take your order?? would be expected at this point... Eventually she glared up at us with anangry stare leading us to assume she was now waiting to take our order. I have been spoken to as rudely or glared at as harshlyas by this staff member. You?d think she was upset for us wanting to purchase food. The bag of food was later handed/shoved atus without any ?enjoy your meal? but again accompanied by an angry glare. The food was soggy and some of the poorest qualityI?ve had from an A&W location. Will certainly be driving right by this franchise next time. Management, you may need a staffoverhaul or some training on how to say ?hi, may I take your order?. They have super sweet staff and they disinfect each table once you are done using it. All the tables are socially... distanced. They had fresh burgers and fries. However, their root beer was little less fizzy. Read more
I was here with my parents on 12/02/22. We went through the drive-thru. All of that went fine, service was good. We ordered two... chubby chicken burger combos and realized when we got home that one pack of fries was missing. Please be more careful packingthe food in the future. Read more
