Website is very confusing I signed in a long time ago now they don't have me in their files. So if it has been a while since... you've been on don't be surprised if ask you to start a new account which I won't do. So I went to Owego NY and bought my Subs. the servers did not where masks and they kept saying what as if not being able to hear me because I did have a mask on . Haven't been in a while, so decided to try it once again regrettably, should trust your instinct. Almost $10 for a 6" turkey... "sub" if that's what you would call the measly thing, no napkins, they forgot my chips, place is a joke! Instead of their catchfraise being "Eat Fresh" should be "Eat RUBISH" I'm not kidding, do your self a favor and drive past! Read more
I went to this Subway with my cousins. We got three subs, they were wrapped without a sticker and there was food all throughout... the wrapper. Our subs were also cold even though we got them toasted, the bacon was slightly undercooked. The girl who made oursubs was sort of rude as well and neither of the two employees greeted us when we walked into the restaurant. There was water onthe floor and no caution sign, so I?m sure they were happy we didn?t fall. The bubbler was torn apart as well, so it?s a goodthing we didn?t want tea. Needless to say I?m not very impressed with this subway. 10/10 don?t recommend. Read more
Store full of customers (25 minute wait type of full) and the staff of 2 guys is prioritizing online pick up orders. Not... impressed. Edit: Against my better judgement went back to this location as I had a coupon. 2 young guys in there, in the evenings when I've been in lately. They made the whole experience a great one. Very personable and... pleasant. I must say my last visit was a bit frustrating. I'm used to there being no lemonade when i come in, but when i wastold there's a $2 upcharge for garlic butter(?!?!?!?!), and there were no green peppers (i only get green peppers and onions onmy steak and cheese sub) when the subs were already half made- i was very disappointed and i wanted to cancel my order, butdidn't.... seems like they could do better....
