I ordered a caramel frappe. They told me they didn?t have caramel but if I wanted mocha instead I?m like yeah I guess then they... hand me this. They charge me full price for a coffee that doesn?t even have the ingredients. There?s no whip cream which one Ithought OK I?m gonna do the chocolate and not a big chocolate fan that the whip cream would diluted some. Forgot my larged iced mocha, charged me an extra $1.59 for a large coke when it was supposed to be included with the meal,... charged me for a crispy chicken sandwich but gave me a mchicken. I was charged for a mcrib meal and just received the sandwich.I basically paid an extra $12 from what I should've based on what they gave me. Haven?t gone here in months because last time I went there was a hair in my food. Decided to go today because the line looked... short and I got reminded why I don?t go here. Ordered a McChicken with no mayo and added bacon, i wait in the line for 10minutes after paying to get my food and i get a mcchicken with mayo and no bacon. i loop around to get back in line which islonger now and i pull up to the speaker after like 10 minutes and explain what happened nicely and i get a response with someattitude telling me to pull up to the window which I do after 10 more minutes of cars trying to get their orders. I get handedmy order with no apology or anything like i get it mistakes happen but this just very poor customer service especially afterspending 45 minutes total to get this food. will not be back Read more
