The atm was down and when I asked the man (taller in stature, long black hair pulled back) at the counter to do cash back so I... could pull out $40 (2 transactions) his response was "Yeah, no. I'm not about to do that. You can go somewhere else to anATM." I didn't realize that it was THAT inconvenient for him to help me when MULTIPLE store associates have done it before. Ithink it was more the attitude and him immediately walking away from me when I went to ask for directions because I'm not fromowasso. I love this store it's usually not super busy like all the other convenience stores are. You can get in and out be on your way... without too much time wasted. Visit the 76th Street brand new location then you'll know what I'm talking about. Read more
We used to like it when they made regular pizza like pepperoni, cheese, and supreme but now they only have disgusting pizza like... pickels on top, spinach and other nasty toppings. I'm sorry but most don't want that which is why your pizza just sits therenow yet the pepperoni never went to waste. We literally came into your store 5 days a week before my son went to school becausehe loves having a slice of pizza there and I'd buy other stuff too and get gas but now we'll stop at QT where they always havenormal, popular pizza. I'm most annoyed today because they didn't even try to help when I asked if they could simply make acheese pizza for us like they've done many times before but today the lady just looked at me with a deer in headlights emptylook. She didn't even respond so yah you treat regular customers like that then you lose business to places like QT that don'tput their customers through this. If you just have to make nasty special pizza with pickels and spinach at least make theregular more popular kinds too so you don't lose your best customers. Also, when a customer asks you a simple question, it'swise to act like you understand English and maybe reply instead of just staring like omg you mean I'll have to do work??? Funnythat the former employees never had any issues making a pizza for a customer but the ladies working there now apparently don'twant to do anything above the bare minimum. Great job Kum n Go. I frequent this location and have had all positive experiences except with one lady who works the day shift. She is a white... female, gray/brownish long hair in a ponytail, and has missing teeth. This sales associate is the rudest worker I?ve everencountered...the last straw was when I went today with a question about previously purchased money orders. I spoke to anotheremployee, the manager, who politely answered my questions. The ?ponytail? lady yelled at me and rolled her eyes at me. Icomplained to the manager that the sales associate is ALWAYS unprofessional and rude. If I ever step foot inside this Kum & Goagain, I will be dealing with anyone but the rude lady. Read more
Walked in to get refills on their 100oz cup and was verbally harassed because he didn't believe i brought the cups with and was... trying to make me pay full price. He ended up threatening to beat me and insulted the way I looked. Read more
I frequent this store because it's less than a mile away from home and I prefer KG over QT. For the most part I have a decent... experience but there is this one lady in particular that watches me as if I'm up to no good. She never speaks or anything justwatches me. I myself am a store manager and I've done it for a very long time. I know how people should be treated and that isnot the way to do it. I have never given any reason for her to question me. I come in and speak to everyone make my purchase andleave. I honestly think she's racially biased. I think that's extremely sad. However I went to a different location and had agreat experience. Te lady asked me where I was going today ( I was in my FFA jacket) told her to represent Owasso in Oklahoma at the Capitol. I?ve had multiple Kum and go employees speak to me in a very demeaning manner because I smoke vapes. It?s hilarious to give me... grief when I?m buying stuff at your store.
