I normally have very good experiences here, the gentleman who is normally up front is normally very sweet and respectful, but I... went there this morning and made a purchase of almost 8 dollars and asked if the 2$ worth of change, if I could get quartersbecause I needed change this morning. I love shopping at Kum & Go Owasso

I decided to update my review after a early evening visit on Fri December 30 2021. I visit this store several times a week and... for the last year my service dog always accompanies me obviously because she's a service dog! In the last year not a singleemployee has questioned me about my service animal and the employees always welcome us with open arms and a big hello until thisevening! We walked through the door and started walking down a isle towards the freezers when what appeared to be the onlyemployee working left people standing in line to chase me down and loudly inform me that DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE! Thenwithout waiting on a reply he turned around and headed back towards the register where everyone in line was standing staring atus. As he was walking away I said she is a service dog and he just shook his head in disgust like I was lying. If he would havetaken the time to quietly and politely ask if she was a service animal I would have produced the card to prove this. In shamefrom being called out in public for doing nothing wrong I quietly left the store and made the decision that I will no longerallow Kum & Go to have my business any more. I had previously written a very poor review of this location and contacted corporate to complain about various issues I had with... the store. I'm happy to say that I now feel comfortable changing my review score, and review, to reflect the changes the storemanager made to fix all that was wrong with it before. The store has done a complete 180 and I no longer have the issues I oncedid. They're all quite friendly (save for one gentleman who has resting ***** face) and very helpful. While there was sometension after my complaints to corporate, and I could tell that corporate did intervene, over time, they have let it go, as haveI. I now recommend this store. They're like a completely new team, thanks to the changes made by the store manager. Read more

Kumngos pizza is the bomb. Expecially the breakfast pizza. I tend to visit kumngos more often then any other convenient store.... The rewards system you can sign up for is definitely a plus and one of the main reasons I go there. Yay kumngo! Read more

I am never going to Kum & Go in Owasso again! I used to go to the one on 76th Street but got tired of the stress of dealing with... the older man behind the counter so I went to the one on 86th Street a few days ago and the cashier was not on the ball and toldme her problems and this morning about 5am I went in and another cashier didn't greet me and just stood there staring at me likeI was bothering her. When I told her what I wanted, she put it on the counter and banged on the counter while I retrieved mycoupon never saying a word to me! This particular location is a pretty decent store the staff is generally nice and helpful. The food selection isn't the best. I... don't really love it don't really hate it it is in a bad place to go for gas or for a quick drink but I feel like theirselection is kind of lacking. Read more
