Wow, the food is good, but I just witnessed an employee and the manager fighting for 5-10 minutes over something and everyone... could here them. Very unprofessional and that delayed orders for everyone for 30 minutes, even a Doordasher got affected. Read more
Update: Debbie the manager addressed my concerns. She is really going above and beyond to try and fix the place. They have also... hired some more help and it seems to be improving. They are in desperate need of an over haul. If you have 30 min plus to sitin the drive thru then ok! Inside is no better. 9/28 We were stuck in the drive thru for an hour!! When I asked what happened,the gal said the front wasn't communicating to the cook the orders! Seriously!?! Read more
Drive thru representative was great. They forgot to give me my drink, I called back, the person who answered said, "All that... over a drink" because I asked questions. I called back to let her know I heard her statement before she hung up the phone andtold her, "I paid for it, and she could keep her drink"! Wow! Read more
This location is horrible. I order the same thing at any KFC, and this location messes it up everytime (burnt chicken)(regular... instead of crispy), and then they will lie to you and tell you its right even when your receipt says what you ordered. I will bedriving 20 minutes away from now on to avoid this disgusting location. Read more
My last couple of visits have been very positive. Very friendly staff that have been offering me free drinks while waiting for... large food orders. Overall food quality has been great and I'm sure I will be back. Read more
My youngest comes from school stating it?s KFC night. I have not been to this Owasso location in a while. I miss the grilled... chicken but I would say the taste on the original or crispy still wins. Read more
Not the first time this has happened at this store probably for me will be the the last. Chicken was dreadfully overcooked, we... had asked for our bucket to be a mixture of crispy and original. We got all crispy,, way too crispy. We had family over and thekids wouldn't even eat it. Ordered corn for one of our sides, and it looked like it was made yesterday and sat out overnight. Welive just far enough away that I didn't want to drive back, wasn't worth going back for more of the same. We ate what we couldstand and threw away the rest. Read more
