Order my food at drive thru, paid with cash and noticed I was shorted $1 in change which I asked them to correct before I pulled... away. Left and was already down the road in heavy traffic when I realized I wasn?t given my drink and wasn?t about to turnaround to go get it. Then to make matters worse when I got home (20 miles away) what I had ordered was not what was in the bag.This place has some incompetent employees. Read more
The worst! 25 mins for 5 chicken tenders is outrageous. Especially when your the only customer in the drive thru. After placing... a small order I was asked to park in front ( which was extremely weird) knowing I am the only one there with 3 workers! Pleasedo better! New management needed! The manager was nice but they got my order wrong. My fries were cold and greasy. I would rather go to KFC then Churches again.
Lobby was closed and ordering was rough because they were not listening nor did they give a total or say pull to the front or... any window to get my order. The wait was a bit longer than most chicken places. Most of the issues seemed to be employeerelated due to being under staffed I believe. However the food was good as expected. Read more
