Dirtiest Tijuana Flats I've ever been to. There were two employees sitting in the booth while all the tables were dirty. One... girl was working and the others were just chilling. The food was just sad. It was like they ran out of chicken and didn't wantto make any more. So they gave us the tiny crumbles and barely put any in our food. My uncles chimichanga wasn't even fried. I don?t know how this location is even open. Behind the cash register area looked dirty and messy. The prices have skyrocketed... and they charged over $11 for a sangria that they no longer have nor did anyone working there know what it was. The food cameout so fast it?s hard to believe it wasn?t sitting back there under a warmer. Nobody checked on us or asked if our food was ok.Won?t go back to this location. Read more

Tuesday was my first time at this location. My daughter has volleyball practice at Lake Howell and thought we could try this... location. The taco, chips and Queso was decent. But the sweet tea was not sweet at all. The cookie dough dessert was so friedhalf of it couldn't be eaten. They even had 10 mins in between dessert and that was the worse part of the meal. I will probablynot return to this location and continue to go to mine in Lake Mary. Read more
This used to be a great location, however it has gone way downhill. The food is often cold and chips stale. To add, their prices... have gone up. We for being Tex Mex, the price is higher than authentic Mexican in the area where everything is made fresh andhot. Read more
Ordered on their app and had to wait in the lobby an additional 45 minutes after promised time. I understand you?re short... staffed, however, when walk in guests receive the same food as you ordered way before your order is done is a bit ridiculous.Obviously I would have a better chance to just walk in and order the food instead of ahead on the app. Very disappointed. First time ever going to tijunana. I was impressed that they had a variety of vegetarian options. The nachos were ok but the... chef put way too much cheddar cheese (it was gross) which ruined it for me.. I really liked the set up. I had picked the Cantina Grapefruit Soda as my beverage. Chris, the general manager was our table side server. She was awesome!... She mentioned she had brought the Cantina drinks in. I love that she took that initiative as the one I had was delicious. I'vebeen a fan of Tijuana Flats for a while and usually love eating at them. Chris' efforts really put this one over the top!
