This place always have an issue, I just came by and they can't take orders thru Drive thru, sometimes they start after 5pm,... sometimes you need to pay only in cash because of the system. They need to closed the place!!!! Read more
Horrible experience at the drive through. I came here two weeks ago and the line literally took over 20 minutes with about 7... cars. Sadly, you get stuck in the line because of the narrow, blocked in passage for the drive thru. Did the drive thru againtoday and it was almost as bad, time wise, but absolutely terrible getting my order. A young African American female attended tomy app order. No Hello or any form of courtesy. Handed over the bag. My consideration to the people after me, I pulled ahead tochecked the bag because it felt quite light. Go figure, two items missing. I go and park since the drive thru takes forever.Went in to let them know. She walks over and says Oh, here are the other items. What on Earth?! No apology, no thanks for comingin to get what I paid for that was erroneously left out. What kind of business is this location turning into? Pathetic. Read more
I always come to this location in different hours off the day, and the customer service is always poor, at least, but today it... was the worst day ever. I came here to pick up a mobile order, it took the staff 7 minutes to acknowledge my presence, althoughhalf the staff passed by me, one girl, specially rude looked at me, I smiled and said hi, to wich she responded with a warm andwelcoming BLANK EXPRESSION! A couple more minutes after a boy came to me and said: "What?" . I know that working at thislocation must be difficult, since in a whole year, the staff changed so much that you can barely recognize faces a month toanother, but I have to say that is not only unpleasant to go there, it's also unsettling! The staff looks like they are goingthrough the worst day of their lives, you are either welcomed, when you have the luck to be acknowledged, with a ????face or a???? face! Items are always missing, poorly assembled or wrong. Multiple times the drinks are not there and don't even tell meabout the inconsistency of rules, my boyfriend does door dash deliveries and multiple times they will refuse to hand the foodthrough the drive thru window, but in the following day the doors will be closed and you will have to go through the drive thru.The staff is BEYOND training, there's no solution to being abominably rude. Close this location or bring a priest to remove therude evil spirits that have taken your poor staff! Read more

Walked in and waited over 15 minutes for someone to take my order. The staff was very dismissive and rude. Saw me standing there... and couldn't care less. The drive thru worker failed to give me my card back, i drove away without thinking and parked immediately before leaving the... parking lot. I had to walk up to the window to ask for my card back. Upon checking my bank statement i was charged for $80 worthof food when my original order was only $18. Needless to say this establishment is a nightmare. Do not recommend. Read more
I get 2 side orders of seasoned rice and 2 side orders of Black beans once a week for my kids because they like to eat rice and... beans. And almost every time I get not enough rice or not enough beans. Every time I get home, this is what I find. These 2beans containers I paid for separately, isn?t even enough to make one order. This is how it is every time for last 2 months. Iused to get just one, because other taco bell in Waterford gives the right amount, but when I?m in Oviedo, I get it from thistaco bell. I started to get 2 orders of each thinking there will be enough, but this is just ridiculous. I won?t be giving mybusiness to this Taco Bell ever again. And what?s worse, is when you ask them at the drive through window if there issufficient amount, they just say yes without checking, even after you tell them that previous order wasn?t. Read more
Worst Taco Bell EVER! The employees are always less than pleasant. The food consistently tastes like the oil needs changed. They... never have ice AND don?t bother to tell you! Their serving sizes are laughable and you better check your drink before you pullaway because most times it?s not what you ordered.
