I've been eating here for over a year now and every time I have gone, it has been absolutely awesome, except for one time. That... one time consisted of the tuna tasting too fishy. Every other time, my sandwiches (many different kinds at this point) were madegreat and I have absolutely no complaints about them. On top of that, the employees have always been professional, kind,friendly, and more than helpful. I have noticed that the restaurant and its employees have slowly gotten better and better overthe last 6 or 7 months; this is when considering how great (in my experience) they already were before. The drive-thrutouch-screen system can be a bit annoying at times, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the employees or the rest of thegreat work ethic that I constantly see from them at this store. They have always been patient with me and have always made surethat I left the store happy, and I guarantee you that if I had brought back that tuna sandwich that I disliked that one specifictime, they would have done whatever they needed to in order to send me off happy. Ordered in the drive thru, so wasn?t able to watch my sub being made, which I realize was a mistake. Much to my disappointment... my sub was drenched in mayo and mustard, and soggy once I got to work. The chips were stale as well. I will never go back here. Read more
Restaurant is supposed to be open at 9am, not the first time that doors are closed at that time. Plus whoever is the one... working alone opening which I believe is the manager, act like he doesn't understand when I requested wheat bread. Have torepeat myself a couple of time. If he can't deal with today's different accent he shouldn't be there. It's very irritating torepeat more than twice. Also, saw that the lettuce was already pink and he didn't even changed, didn't ask for it even though Ilovebit, not even a napkin on my order either , and this happen all the time on my orders to go. I don?t recommend this subway, barely any meat on my sub, I went through the drive through so could not watch them make my... sandwich but of course you trust that they will make it the right way, the bread was old and hard, mind you it was a long waitfor this nasty sub that they tax for. Read more
If I could rate zero Stars I would. I am absolutely and totaled unimpressed with the way my sandwich was made. I can't believe... that the servers at this establishment really put 3-4 of every condiment I asked for with confidence. They couldn't even doextra vinegar right! I couldn't be more disappointed if I tried. I will not be coming back to this establishment if I want topay high prices for a sandwich I'd rather go to Publix. Read more
