Truly worst Subway experience ever. Barely any meat on the sandwiches, stale bread and missing ingredients (that showed up on... the receipt). Bad new was we bought online and did not notice until we got home. Definitely recommend the Publix across theparking lot at Riverside Landing if you are near here and need a sub. Read more
I don?t go to Subway unless is the only place open. Last Saturday I decided to give them a try at their Philly Cheese Steak... sandwich, and this was a horrible experience, since the kids making the sandwiches and another employee (maybe on his free time)eating, talking and laughing really loud. All the previous issues would?ve been nothing if the sandwich was good, but this isthe worst part, it?s the most disappointing experience ever at any sandwich store. They served a really small sandwich with justa few pieces of steak, this guy didn?t know what he was doing. I just bit once and threw it away. First I stopped going to Subway becuz of the sandwiches are more topping than meat n cheese. That said I decided to try it again... and was such a disappointment. This trip to Oviedo Subway was suppose to be a fun day with myself and Grandkids. We went toSubway to have sandwiches and go to park for a picnic and playtime. My Grandkids sandwiches were ok except they didn?t leave offhalf of tomatos and cucumbers but easy fix. But my sandwich was disgusting! I couldn?t even eat it. Why have a drive through ifur not going to pay attention to the selected items? I ordered meat and cheese and toppings were suppose to be lettuce, onions,pepper, oregano, xtra oil and vinegar, mayo and lite mustard. They left off the toppings only had bread meat and not the cheeseI selected. It was DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!! They put some kind of red sauce smelled spicy and I think mayo but not sure! I threwit away and DIDNT EAT LUNCH! I?m happy though my Grandkids ate theirs and were able to have a fun time at park. I WILL NOT BEGOING BACK TO SUBWAY AGAIN! Nice newly-renovated Subway with several booths and high-top tables inside. Overall clean and well-maintained. Only took off a... star because they seemed to go a little light in the sandwich toppings. Other than that it was a good experience. Read more
Don?t waste your money. Understaffed and really rude customer service. There?s one lady there who is rude if you just say hello... or smile. Don?t even bother with curbside cause it takes them at least 30 minutes to notice you most of the time. And thenthey?ll shame you for ordering online when they hand you the food. Isn?t that literally part of their job description? Also,because staff doesn?t care about their jobs, you usually end up with bad sandwiches like this picture. Read more
