I'm not sure what's been going on with steak and shake lately. Every time I order from drive thru, there is an issue with the... order. I order, they repeat mey order exactly correct yet the order never comes out as ordered. We've been going here for yearsbut won't be coming back anymore. The cleanliness on the inside has dropped significantly as well. When addressing anything, thefemale manager seemed to not care at all. Read more
