I've never seen this place to be busy, even though target is always busy. Service is pretty slow. Was there a couple of days... ago and waited for about 5 min and my husband didn't like the wait. Before I could even order this cashier wasn?t friendly at all. I let her know that I wanted to redeem my 50 stars and she... immediately said I?m unaware of that promotion and it has to be at least 150 to redeem. She also said where is it coming from. Isaid T-Mobile. They do a lot of stuff. T-Mobile would be very unhappy to know I was prejudged. I watched her giving whateverthey wanted white couple and her demeanor changed when i approached the counter. I probably will tell everyone I know includingT-Mobile customers to never go to Starbucks in Oviedo target. Target on the other hand was a pleasant shopping trip. Read more

This review is focusing on service. A friend and I placed our orders. I noticed a line was forming, and there was only one... person (Amanda) working. I was wondering why she was without help, but we sat down to order a croissant I'd forgotten. Amandadid not miss a beat. Who doesn't like Starbucks! An I right?! Wonderful place to go when your on a hurry or had a late night, and need a really good... coffee. They also have this amazing Spinach Wrap. It's a breakfast wrap with egg, spinach, cheese. So good. Read more
1:11pm on Saturday,June 2rd 2018 - The coffee itself wasn't made to my liking but it was nice. I ordered a Venti white chocolate... mocha/Hot, with a double shot of espresso and was rudely told I cannot get the double shot because of what comes in the coffeealready, so i politely asked what the recommended amount of espresso is because I personally want a double shot of ristrettoespresso and I ended up telling the barista at the counter to just forget it and give me the regular WCM, with however manyshots of ristretto this individual wanted because I wasn't going to be spoken to in that manner much longer without backlashtowards them. The entire customer service experience was rude and very annoying. I think that the baristas should be trainedbetter at customer service at this particular Starbucks because I frequent this company a lot and and have never been treatedlike a moron previously lol.
