Absolutely delicious. We got four drinks and two of the multi-meat platters. Food kept us well fed, we even had leftovers. And... the donut holes dessert was pleasant to keep us over during the storm. Will 100% return. Read more
A rustic place with a consistently great-tasting BBQ. I've been to many locations, and they all manage to maintain that tasty... smoky flavor of the dishes. Their brisket is virtually as good as I cook at home, and this is saying something. Also deliciousare their pulled pork, ribs, and smoked chicken wings (although I do prefer smoked wings at Buballous BBQ). Read more
I came here because Sonny's was the place my dad and I used to go to when I was a kid all the time. I don't think I've gone... since he passed so I figured I'd share it with my husband. It's completely different than it used to be. The menu especially, nosalad bar. The way everything looks. But man, the food was still so good. It had to change with the times I guess but I'm gladthe flavors are still fantastic. Our server, I wish I remembered his name was very very kind. His customer service skills areamazing. We had the sampler and pick two. All the meat was tender juicy and delicious. Even the white meat chicken and pulledpork. I got fried okra as a side and I love fried okra so much, theirs was great! My server Kloe was great. She made sure our food was made exactly the way we asked before bringing it out and I know how picky I... can be. The cooks made the food savory and I was delighted by every bite. Will definitely come back and ask for the nice serveragain. 10/10 Read more
Sad, we love Sonny?s but was so disappointed by the food we received at this location thru Uber Eats. 12 minutes from our home... and this is what we got for $45.51(that?s without tip) driver came right away. Got the food immediately opened a plastic bagwhich was all wet on the top? Once opened it was grease pure grease dripping from a brown bag . Opened the bag which containedfried soggy pickles, they were so wet the pickles could of been wrung out. See the photos. Next my husbands ribs were burnt andnot the burnt like we sometimes like but burnt with the char falling off and no coleslaw. We were hoping to salvage my brisketbut it was also a grease pit. I can see one problem maybe two but everything. I called the store they were too busy to talk. I?mto call later? I just hope we got everyone else?s screw ups tonight and you all eat good. Everything was tossed here! I knowhelp is thin and it?s hard to keep your doors open today but too many orders like this and their doors won?t be open long.Again, sad - as who doesn?t like great BBQ- we didn?t find it here!! When it comes to BBQ Sonny's is our place to go to. Everything is so delicious. We've been going to this restaurant for a long... time and my husband and I love this place. Their customers Service is exceptional. Love it when we ask for sweet tea to go,the cups are large size. Not like other restaurants you ask for to go drinks they give you kids cup lol.. . the BEST food I have ever done had, so amazing with tons of great flavors, def coming here every weekend. My favorite new spot... to eat at!
