Last 3 times we have went the lobby has been closed, you have to do dry thru only. I have decided I will not support businesses... that just decide to close because they think it is to difficult to keep the lobby open for people to come in. I talked with theperson at the window the last time we went through and they said they close the lobby as soon as they come on duty, don't careif people come in, they get the same if they have people come in or just do the drive thru, said they would close that if theycould get away with it. This place is terrible. I waited 45 minutes online AT THE DRIVE THROUGH to wait more than 15 more minutes to order and no one... ever took my order. I called through the speaker but no one answered. So normally, me thinking the speaker didn?t work I movedforward with my vehicle just to find the workers looking at me dumb asking me if I already ordered. When I explained that no oneever answered me through the speaker the person with the speaker try to argue that she did say to wait a minute and that she cannot take the order though the window. The line of cars waiting to be served circled back all the way out to the Main Street andthis people were 100% rude, slow, and completely lacking on customer service. Everyone else on the cars were mad because of howmuch they were waiting. Lack of instructions, not even greeting customer or explaining what was going on and they had a verynasty and stupid attitude. This place is the worst each time i go here, they serve you old food. Its horrible that you spend hard earn money for this and... they should be closed down. Also, when you try to call the store they wont answer the phone. I want my money back. Pleasebelieve the post they are true. The biscuit is hard and cold, the chicken is also cold and very hard. Based on our visit on Sunday, 10/16/22. The doors were locked without a reason and there were no signs on the door. Employees... didn't acknowledge us when we knocked so we had to go through the drive thru. To make a long story short, our order wasincomplete, quality was unacceptable and no receipt given. We couldn't complain because we had to go back in a very long linethrough the drive thru. We will never go back to this location! Read more

I never complain when it comes to fast food, but?.That had to be the most disgusting sandwich I?ve ever had. Ask for a spicy... chicken sandwich. The outside of the sandwich bag and the plastic bag were both covered in spicy mayo sauce . I should haveknown it was a bad sign. Then the chicken sandwich itself was completely covered in sauce on the the entire sandwich inside andout. I took it home just to see how much sauce was on there and I was able to scrape off almost a 1/2 cup! Order 3 chicken sandwiches and fried chicken to go. When I got home got very disappointed to see the sandwiches had plain... mayonnaise instead of their sauce. Why couldn't they let me know before hand? My son don't eat mayonnaise. He only had one bite.These sandwiches with mayo are bad. I paid for something specific and got something else. Not fair.
