Came here for lunch as we often do. They changed the sushi rice to plain, white grain rice, of the cheapest quality. Horrific... change. Rice has no flavor and this is a poke bowl-sticky rice is an absolute must. Quality has declined and portions havecontinually gotten smaller, and prices have increased. We have been patrons since it opened-this will be our last visit.Terrible decision to change from sushi rice to this garbage. Will not return again. Read more

It was our first time there and we really enjoyed it. The manager was insanely nice and offered us help if we needed it. The... bowl I got was very good, I really liked the spicy tuna. The variety in options was pretty great as it gave me more to try withmy bowl. Overall a good first experience :) Read more
This store seems to be running by little kids that had no idea of what are they?re doing. They?re always messing up the orders.... For the past month we had to call the store after we had placed the order just to make sure they read everything that we orderand to remind them to include the extra sauce. Even after they had confirmed everything, they still forget to include one or twoingredients. The few times that they got the order right, we still had to called them and tell them that the amount ofingredients were wrong. Tonight we called again after placing the order and they didn?t tell us that they had ran out plasticbowls and instead we got the food in one of those square cartons and when we opened it, the food was a mess, It looked verydisgusting and the carton was soaked with sauce. Impossible to eat. We have talk to several managers about this problem andthey have apologized and refunded our money. But this is not how you run a business, someone needs to train those kids a lotbetter because they don?t have a clue how on how to prepare an order. We won?t be doing business with them anymore. Neat Poke Spot. Interesting mix of flavors, and lots of options. It was a refreshing bite after a workout. They have some... good sauces and will allow you to get them/taste them on the sides. I would recommend this place. Super clean andfriendly. Only snag is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other Pokebowl shops, but quality and portion were good! Read more
