Tonight 10/22 new cashier with somebody training her has the worst attitude receiving you plus repeating the order didn?t... pretty much care what you had just wanted to hurry and get you out which is understandable if is busy but atleast a 1%of carewouldn?t be bad. Then the other person in the window I get my order wrong plus asking about it gave attitude plus when asked forbúfalo sauce gave me just one knowing I had 15 nuggets and only said here. disappointed by the service tonight. Food quality is very good. Ku ante at pick up window needs some courtesy training for a customer contact role. He doesn?t... respond at all even when thanked. Just slings out the food and drinks and closes window; BTW he forgot the drinking straws. Read more
I unfortunately went to this McDonald?s for the first and last time. They were rude. Unprofessional. A woman with curly brunette... hair in a ponytail was arguing with a male cook. She had her back to the window paying no mind to me. I felt unsafe and decidedto leave. I went to my local McDonald?s a few miles away and received 5***** service as always. I took my grandsons,, ages 6 and 8chere on a Thursday afternoon, and I'm giving it one star because all the parking places that... are in walking distance of the entrance are marked "take out only." Since the pandemic is basically over, there are not thatmany cars that are getting takeout, so you have to park in the back of the store by the dumpster and walk Do the front entrancevia a A lane of traffic that is right next to the drive-through. It is very unsafe. I had my 2 grandsons with me and we were allholding hands when a car came around the corner pretty quickly and we had to jump to the side. To walk to the front door youhave to walk in front of the 1st car at the window for takeout. Very dangerous, we were scared. I was tempted to park in one oftake spaces where they bring the food to your car, but I didn't. Note that there were no cars in any of the spaces. I will parkin one of those spaces if I ever go there again. Even the handicap spaces are farther away, located on the side of thebuilding. They seem to deter you from going inside to dine because there are no condiments napkins, forks, knives, ketchup inthe dining room. There is a very nice woman who delivers the food to your table and she will get you anything else that youneed. She is the best thing about the place. I haven't had a chance to call the manager about this safety issue but I am goingto tomorrow. Read more

I rarely go inside but I have an annoying iced coffee order and they always come thru with it lol. I mean it's McDonald's it... tastes the same everywhere you go, so thankfully I can say the same about this location, the service is pretty good and thedrive thru is open late. Read more
