This place is absolutely amazing. I honestly have always overlooked this place but recently I went here with a friend and they... opened my eyes to Mikes world. This is sandwich heaven. I will always get the Giant Italian ?Mikes Way?. You can not come herewithout getting a sub Mikes Way. I will always come here when I?m craving a sandwich I know will be ?A Sub Above?! Read more

With this weird time we live in, finding decent customer service is becoming harder and harder. The men behind the counter at... this Jersey Mike?s have set themselves apart from the norm. Great team and value to have in Oviedo. Read more

Jersey Shore girl who loves Jersey Mike's subs, but every time I walk into this location I can smell that the fountain drinks... machine doesn't get cleaned. I used to work in a military dining facility and we cleaned the beverage machines on a dailybasis. I told someone the last time that I came, that I saw mold growing on the machine and from the looks of it, it wasn'tfixed. If it wasn't an odor that hits you while walking in the door, I'd give it a five star. My six year old little girl saidthat it stinks while we were walking in to get our subs. Read more

This was my first time having Jersey Mike?s subs. Ordered with Door Dash. Was super fast and delicious. We ordered the BLT... Sandwich in the Giant size. Still warm when we received the meal. The Giant size sub was just over 14 inches. Almost enough tofeed my husband and I. Great meal and will definitely recommend and eat here again. Thank you! Read more

Awesome customer service! I know I can order a curbside pickup through the app but it wasn?t letting me customize one of the... sandwiches. So I called and placed the order and asked if they can still do the curbside pick up since I have a baby and itwould be so inconvenient to have to take her out of the car seat, to put her in the stroller, go get the 3 sandwiches I wantedplus drinks and all, put that in the car, then take the car seat out of the stroller?place it on the base; fold the stroller, put it in the truck ? (u get the picture!) THANK YOU GUYS! You?re always super nice! Read more

Always liked this place. Always had good service. The only thing I don?t like nowadays, and lots of fast food and non sit down... restaurants are doing, is when you pay by credit card it always asks for a tip option. Are we trying to change the culture ifyou make at least minimum wage and don?t wait on me at a table I?m not supposed to tip. I know some will say ? jerk? and ?justchoose not to tip? but I actually don?t like it from anywhere. It actually influences me at times to not go there and just makesomething at home which in the end saves me money but I wonder if the managers would like to know that especially if I am notthe only one doing that Read more

Of all the chain sandwich shops in town, Jersey Mike's is by far the best. I haven't had a bad sandwich here yet. Special note... should be made about the staff. The employees are great. Friendly, attentive, and they pay attention to the little things whichgives them an edge over any other location in town I think. Read more

Called at 8:42pm, let it ring 12 times, no answer. Drove 5 minutes down the road to see if they were open and they were open.... the young woman was clearing out the cash register, the young man looked like he just finished cleaning the grill off. Everything looked ready to close. I asked "Are you still serving food" to give them the chance to say NO, but they said YESreluctantly. I should have left right there. But I ordered my steak and cheese sub. They reluctantly took the order. I wanted toadd lettuce and tomato to my sandwich but I looked at it and it was all brown from sitting out all day. My wife walked in and Icould hear a noticeable "UGHHH" from the young man in the back making my sandwich when he heard the doorbell. My wife was notordering any food. I should have left at that. But stayed. Got my food, got to my car, my wife started driving away, and Iopened up my sandwich, and the bread was hard and not fresh at all. Sitting for a long time I guess. I got home and threw itout. First time I ever got treated this way at this place. Next time, train the people to just say NO we are no longer servingif they do not feel like taking care of customers late at night near closing. I can understand that, it happens all the time.
