Don't get delivery from here. I can't tell you what their service is like in-store but their delivery is abysmal. I ordered a... pizza to be delivered through their website and after confirmation it gave me an estimated delivery window of 45 minutes to anhour after putting in the order. 10 minutes after that delivery window closed it informed me that the delivery was complete so Icalled. The lady on the phone told me that all I had gotten was a confirmation email so I'm including the screenshot of theirwebsite saying the order is complete and when the pizza was ordered and when it arrived along with the delivery window. Shealso said that their delivery time is an hour and a half even though nowhere on their page does it say this and it directly goesagainst the delivery window I was given. If I had known that it would arrive almost an hour after the original estimate I wouldnot have ordered from them in the first place and after this I likely won't be ordering from them again for delivery or inperson. It?s really great food but debatable if the issues are worth it. We order from here probably once a week and we always wait... (5-10) past our expected pick up time. Tonight it said order ready between 7:15-7:30 so we arrived at 7:20 with an update thatit would be ready by 7:25. We walked out with our food at 7:55. I get being busy but there has to be a better system forcustomers. I want to keep supporting them but this has became a theme that?s very frustrating as a customer. Read more
We went to Gino?s for the first time and we were blown away! The pizza was amazing! I lived in NJ for 5 years and would go into... NYC often to have pizza and Gino?s hands down is better than all of the NY pizzas I?ve had. I ordered the Bianca pizza and itwas out of this world!! My husband and son shared a medium buffalo chicken and they loved it. My 2 year old ate up all thefries. Dylan was our server and he was fantastic! He was on top of everything refilling drinks, when we asked he provided greatsuggestions on what to get and was super sweet to my family and I. Thank you for the top notch service, Dylan! We will be askingto sit in your section again! We had such a great meal and service at Gino?s I had to tell the owner how much we loved it. Found a hair in my food. It was towards the bottom of the bowl so I didn?t notice it until I was almost done. Told the waitress... and she apologized. However, it was still on the bill. The waitress went to the manager to remove it and he refused since I ate?most? of it. He obstinately refused to remove it. I would caution against this restaurant who sees the customer as the party inthe wrong. Too bad to since the waitress was so nice. Read more

Had the caprese Flatbread, shrimp spaghetti a la vodka, and lemon mascarpone. Carafe of chianti to wash it down. Our server... Dylan was very friendly and didn't rush us. We had a relaxed evening with delicious food. Our service was quick and friendly.The ambience was fantastic. It was renovated recently and has a very modern, upscale aesthetic without being too expensive. Read more
It was a nice restaurant. We had a party of six. Service was ok. Server was nice but looked like she was ready to go home. My... wine glass had lipstick marks on it. The food came out at a good time. We went to celebrate a birthday and this was one of thefirst restaurants that I been to that didn?t even bring a birthday dessert out. She said they don?t do that. Read more
Gino?s is our favorite Italian in Oviedo!!! We love it here! My favorite dish is the Penne Alla Vodka - the sauce is so... flavorful!! It comes with a salad and I always get their house salad with their house Italian dressing. They have a gelatosection in here too if you?re looking for just dessert. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. I have to say we?ve always hada great time here, the staffs very kind and polite. Would highly recommend this place for best Italian in Oviedo! Read more
