Good subs- my favorite is the hot Turkey subs, and the meat ball sub- ate always delish and many others.
So this used to be the sub game in town... but lately bread tastes like dry old bread... they changed the bread recipe... it's... no longer chewy and yummy. Also the hot subs are most of the time Luke warm. Firehouse quality sucks now. Read more
2 weeks ago I ordered a sub online and came around 30 minutes after i placed my order. i waited inside the empty store for about... 10 minutes before i was finally asked if i am picking up for a delivery service. Then I was told that they don?t have tuna and Iasked if they could cancel the order and he told me I have to cancel it on the app even though there is no way for me to cancelit on my app. The worker told me he would have his manager run me a refund and it will take a couple days but now it has beenalmost 2 weeks and I never got my sub and I never got my refund. Honestly, I support first responders and I always liked the sandwiches. Generally nice staff also. Unfortunately, the food is... already overpriced, and then card reader asks you to tip the employee. ... that's pretty bold for a place that don't even havefrench fries. Yall out of dr pepper and root beer, and just gave me a cold sammich for 20 bucks. Read more
If you order online it is guaranteed to be wrong, make sure you check your order before you leave the store. My sandwich had two... slices of meat and no toppings when I ordered it fully involved.. Read more
Wanted to give a shout-out to Rafael and Jacob for being awesome stewards of the Firehouse Subs brand. They will go out of there... way to accommodate everyone. they never spread the meat all the way to the end so you get bread on each end of a large instead of a well balanced sub... sandwich. I requested well done toasted bread and it's not toasted or barely. they don't have hot Sriracha sauce packets instock. didn't include pickle spear either. Read more
