Make sure you check your food before you leave the drive-thru? second time in a month I?ve ordered no cheese on a sandwich... (lactose intolerant) and gotten home and it?s had cheese on it. What?s even worse is both times I?ve come back to get it fixed,they put it on an English muffin rather than the bagel I ordered! At that point I just give up, but it?s really frustrating! This is the 2nd time they have screwed up my coffee order. I asked for a caramel craze signature latte and I got someone else's... "hot decaf coffee". This is ridiculous! Instead of trying to rush to get people out of your window line, take the tike to makesure the orders you're handing out are correct. Ended up buying a couple of donuts but skipped the coffee andwent to Starbucks. I know times are tough but Veterans do/did not have that option when dedicating their service for ourfreedom.
