My mom went with family like always after church and they forgot to give all food but because she had no receipt they would not... give missing food to her even though paid for. This dunkin sucks. They charged my girl twice and lied about not having receipt paper. The girl taking the orders had headphones... in the entire time. We asked for two bags of bagel minis four total. She charged us for four bags of bagel minis and stilldidn?t have our coffee made. By this point it has been almost 30 mins waiting in line. We had to go. So we said never Mindexplained we had to go. We were told ?no worries by a whole other worker. Told both orders were canceled.? Well they lied bothorders were not canceled and we were both charged for food we didn?t order or even get. So if you want to get a simple coffeeand donut don?t come here unless you want to wait forever and still get nothing but charged for waiting. Read more
Worst experience ever at a dunkin!!! First of all the girl at the drive through with box braids and HEADPHONES in your ears yes... you if you had no headphones in you?d be able to hear us ordering. Yes we all saw your airpods and eyes rolling when we ordered.Just disrespectful and rude. Thanks to your negligence I was charged twice for things I didn?t order or receive!!! We waited 25mins in line just to get nothing and charged twice for things we didn?t order nor get. I was told both orders were canceled. Icheck my bank they went through. Now I have to dispute them. I do UberEATS and went here to pick up an order at 1030 am. They had the doors locked and when I went through the drive thru... they said they weren't serving Uber orders today. If so, turn off your online ordering and don't waste my time and gas.Ridiculous. Read more
I gave this Dunkin' 3 chances with my orders. I will never come here again. When ordering at the speaker they always seem to... mess up my order and even when I ordered using the app they gave me the completely wrong things that had my name sticker on it.The guy that's always at the window never seems to know what to do and has occasionally handed me someone else's order alongwith my wrong one. I recently called in an order for 3 dozen donuts for my grandson's 10th birthday. Not only did they have them ready the... following day by 8:00 a.m., but they "decorated" the birthday donuts to fit the occasion! I encourage you to give them a callfor any time you want some "special" donuts made for yourself.... or to give someone else a specia treat! It's a happyexperience! Read more
I used to work for dunkin and this is definitely not how we do the bagels. All we ordered was a simple bagel with butter and... never asked for extra butter. This is disgusting, will literally start buying from Starbucks. Read more
