It was our first time visit and it was a little odd to be greeted by only a digital kiosk. You place your order yourself with no... human interaction. It was fairly simple to use but there were no instructions. The first human interaction was when they broughtus our cups for our drinks. The food came out fairly quickly. It was hot and rather tasty. Good food, fries are so good and the ghost honey paper sauce is the best if you like sweet and spicy. The wait is a little long... but knowing we are short staffed every where is acceptable. Read more
It was my first time in BurgerFi I didn?t know what I wanted, neither did my family, however Jaime helped us all out taking his... time to understand what each of us wanted he definitely went above and beyond. It was one of the best experiences in customerservice I have had in a long time, definitely good food and good people. Highly recommend, will be coming back soon. Read more
I?m giving five stars for one specific experience I had. The young girl with short dark hair and blue streaks truly made my... visit exceptional with her genuine positivity and great customer service. You can tell she?s a hard worker and I was impressed!She?s truly an asset to the company and as someone who has worked in the customer service field for over 15 years, I like torecognize the hard working folks who bring a smile to others because the job isn?t easy. My food was fresh and the quality wasgreat, but what truly made the experience special was how attentive and delightful she was. She deserves a raise and a promotionbecause she?s a keeper! Read more
We paid $25 for two cold burgers and a cold half order of (what should be a regular sized) fry. My husband walked into the... restaurant and placed a to-go order for two burgers and a regular sized fry at 7:30pm. He waited for nearly 40 minutes beforeapproaching the counter and asking for a refund. At that point he was ready to go somewhere else for food so he could finallyget home at the end of his very long day. Turns out our order had been sitting in the kitchen window for over 20 minutes. Noexplanation, no apology, nothing. So we wasted $25 on cold, sub-par food. At least fill the fries all the way up, no? We?ll betaking our business down the street to Five Guys for better customer service and food. Read more
Definitely glad I ordered ahead! My order wasn?t ready for an additional 10 minutes AFTER the time the ordering system said it... would be ready. The atmosphere is cool ? they have some retro arcade game machines and a MacroAir ceiling fan (I guess to helpwith germs?). Customer service is great and the food is good!
