I have never bought anything from this place but from what I have seen it looks like a great place
I was at the mall, doing different errands with my mother, and I walked special from one end of the mall to the other to get my... Birthday Pretzel (and purchase a lemonade) only to be told, ?it?ll be 10 minutes?, and my mom and I went to the food court torest. We returned to Auntie Anne?s only to be told ?it will be 10 minutes?(also to be treated like I am illiterate,) was toldthat my coupon is only valid for ?shaped pretzels?,(which conveniently enough were not in the case, but their were plenty ofpretzel nuggets being added to it). They told me it would be 10 minutes until my pretzel would be ready, and when I picked itup, I asked if I could have my receipt (or at least a copy) to match up for my mom to match up to bills, the employee responded,?um that will be tough?(like people don?t ask for their receipts too often). I will have to think twice before going to thisauntie Anne?s next time. Read more
Order a cookie cake last min. and they took care of it right away. We had order 3 different ones and they were on top of it. ... Awesome customer service from all of them. Read more
Best snack food around!!
This Auntie Anne's is also a cookie place and a Planet Smoothie which really saves a lot of room for other stores to be put up.... I'm not the biggest fan of Planet Smoothie because they're a bit expensive but combining them together was the best idea anyoneever had. Read more
I love their pretzels beyond words. My total weakness. Now I use their app so I can get a free one from time to time and... coupons. Yeah! Staff is so friendly! Read more
Good food.. Nice staff.... $1 for a refill even if you buy large. Pretty overpriced overall. Not going back.
I like Auntie Anne's. But I drove 30 min for it to be closed. I'm assuming bc the mall isn't as busy and covid. But it show's as... open. Read more
