The shift lead or manager tonight was incredibly kind. 8/2 at 8:50ish I went to the drive thru but realized because I'm gluten... sensitive i can't have the curly fries so i went into the lobby to change it to the crinkle fries. The young man handled it sonicely and accommodated my order but didn't even have to do that! It's little things like that that bring people back since myallergy is such a frustrating thing for me and I hate to make people remake or throw out food. While some people make it reallycomplicated or complain, he just treated it like it was not a big deal. The team seemed like they were working well together andhe was handling things. 06-06-2022 Tried new burger ???? it was a mixture of delightful tastes, the sauce added to the the burgers taste, enhancing it.... The meat was juicy and fresh. Thank you for the staff also for their attentiveness and care in my request. The restaurant wasclean and they're very Speedy on the orders. But the speed was too fast my sandwich look like it was steamed instead of freshlymade. Visit today and fish sandwich special were ok, but bun was to soft, no substance. The buns were smashed. I truly don?t think I have ever had a bad meal at an Arby?s restaurant and this one is no exception. The staff was very... courteous and the restaurant was clean. The food was fantastic and now they have crinkle cut fries so you have a choice betweenthose are the traditional curly fries. I really do like choices. Parking lot was clean building is relatively new so it was ofcourse clean as well and there?s a nice shade tree to park under in the lot next-door if it?s a sunny day. Good, reliable food. This Arby?s gets some of the experimental food items, which are worth a try. They had the wagyu beef... burgers several months ago, and they get other trials from time to time. Otherwise, I love the jalapeño poppers and a doubleroast beef. Read more
Decided to get something off their "secret menu." Wasn't too bad. Enjoyed it a lot even though I had to unhinge my jaw to eat... it.???? This is the Meat Mountain which has every meat that they have on the sandwich. Was not presented amazingly but I dontcare how it looks. It tasted amazing. Generally quiet in the dining area every visit I made, place is clean and staff were friendly. Did get my wrong a few times... though. Normally went for the Greek Gyro but fish burger was okay too. Read more
