We had a lovely tasting and lunch at the Bistro. My husband says his blackened Mahi Mahi was OUTSTANDING and the flavors were... perfectly balanced. He says he never wants to leave! We are looking out at the beautiful lake with a cooling August breeze and astorm on the horizon. I had the turkey and Canadian bacon waffle panini with sweet potato fries that I?ve never had anythinglike!!! I would order it again any day of the week! Our compliments to the chef!
