The subs never ever look like they do on TV in real life they are way smaller
I made a call tonight to ask how late they were going to be open. On my first attempt my call had dropped. I went outside to... call back and it went to an answering machine. My wife tells me I should call back, so I do. I got through this time and wasable to get my question answered. BUT before they were able to hang up, one of the workers, in the background, shouted ?stopcalling!? Upon hearing what happened, my wife called to tell them that was not ok and the worker on the phone yelled ?stopcalling!? I do not know in what world that is ok. That worker probably shouldn?t be anywhere near customer service. Maybe it?smy fault for asking such a hard question to a ?bottom of the barrel? employee. Absolutely gross Read more

Took 34 mins to get through their drive-through with 4 subs and the sandwiches were thrown together so bad. The girl at the... windownseemed very annoyed with the fact that we were there. Will never go back. Read more
Went to this store for the first time ever. It was clean and staff was friendly. Young lady making our subs was very quiet and... hard to hear. Ordered 1 Cali sandwich Turkey style. Suppose to come with Turkey cheese bacon and mashed avacado. Got home tofind no avacado on the sandwich. Ordered chicken bacon ranch and had to remind her to put bacon on it. When she wrapped it I hadto ask for it to be cut. As she cut it she knocked toppings out and it?s left them out. Instead of putting them back in. I amassuming she is newer. Items that come standard on sandwich should be known and not have to be asked for or forgotten but Iunderstand if she is new. Having been a restaurant manager I understand the struggles of training and getting people up tospeed. I am giving 4 star rating due to cleanliness and friendliness and that the food we got was fresh and had good flavor.This is the first time we have gotten to eat here after multiple attempts when they were always closed.
