This happened Friday sept 30th, 2 nights ago, around 9-10pm and it?s just been irritating me since, one of the workers, a tall... white man at the Wendy?s on W 135th street in overland park sounded very annoyed over the mic urging me to order different foodso they didn?t have to make it, then on top of that when we pulled to the window and finally got the food almost 20 minuteslater never gave me my frosty, when i had asked about it he accused me of trying lying and saying he already gave it to me, wecontinued arguing about why would i try to con him out a frosty and i even said he could get out and check my car, once he madethe frosty after minutes of arguing he handed it to me, while still arguing and within the first bite i tasted something in mydrink, absolutely the worst drive through experience i?ve ever been in needs to be fired asap. Horrible waited at drive thru for 20 minutes and still didn?t get help every car was an average of 10 minutes you finally get up... to the menu and you still have to wait for someone to take order and of course dining room is closed for ?routine maintenance?which I?m sure means we don?t have any help because it?s always up. The guy that took my phone to get my coupon fumbled around and lost my coupon. Then the lady acted like it was a back breaking... task to take a dollar off when it should have been five. They screwed up my drink order, and there wasn't one cheerful, upbeator polite person in the group of three. Remember back in the day that was a requirement?
