Everyone's meal was so good! Kids meal noodles were huge. The atmosphere felt classy and casual and comfortable all at the same... time. Cloth napkins, table cloths covered by glass, simple but modern plates and bowls. Waitress was quick, attentive andfriendly. We will be back! Read more
I wish I could give more stars but the quality of food at this establishment was very poor. Based on the wonderful reviews with... some that I should have taken under consideration that the food was not good quality I decided to place an online order. Iordered pineapple rice with combination beef, chicken and shrimp. The beef and chicken was very tough and not flavorful. Iasked for medium spice and it was a mild with no flavor and was not edible. I also ordered the fish with red curry sauce and itwas not to my standards, I am not sure what the strange smell was but I couldn't eat it. So I have two orders that was not goodand I threw in the trash. A waste of money. I have had really really good Thai food in KC and outside of KC and this foodcan't compare. Where did all these good reviews come from because the food is subpar and not appetizing. They will not getrepeat business from me. Read more
It definitely will take a second before I decide to post a review about restaurants, so Tuk Tuk Thai has earned a place among my... reviews. When I find something I like, Combo House Fried Rice - no pork or chicken, medium+ spice - I stick with it. While Iwanted to give 5 stars because the food is really tasty and consistently cooked properly, I had to deduct one star because theydon't always remember to make it spicy like I want (or my soy sauce). But don't hold that against them because you might missout and oh, you need to try the Crab Rangoon. Read more
Very friendly customer service and accommodating to larger parties of 6. Food served quickly. Taste is average compared to Thai... restaurants in the area. Their spice levels are also weaker in comparison, but they have extra condiments to assist. Read more
Great location with a full bar and friendly, enthusiastic servers. The restaurant is clean and set up to host many people. The... menu?s quite standard with a few specials available; we felt the prices were a bit higher than similar places and for food thatwas much more muted in flavor. Every restaurant has a personal scale for spice, so it?s understandable, however a medium feltvery mild still. The hostess was kind to bring over additional sauces for us to increase the flavors. Perhaps the lunchspecials, if there are any, are much more value added. Overall, the atmosphere is lively and if your party is looking forextensive drinks with Thai foods, this is the best place. So good! got the drunken noodles with chicken, medium plus and it was the perfect spice for me. My wife got pineapple fried rice... with tofu and went with mild plus and said that she would go medium next time so all in all the spice levels seem pretty on parshould what they say versus some places that a medium is a hot at most place. Ordered pick up and it was hot and ready when itsaid it would be. With tip it came out to a little over 20 a person at dinner time which seems to be normal everywhere about nowunfortunately but well worth it in this case. VERY satisfied with my meal.
