My husband and I went today and I must say were very impressed with not only the customer service we received, but the food was... absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I?m not going to name names, but we tried another Nigerian restaurant not too long ago because we wantedto try something new to us and almost gave up on trying the food again. We had the Beef Samosas, Jollof Rice, Egusi soup, andFufu, and I?m absolutely in love!!! We live in Lenexa, but we will DEFINITELY be coming back! Out of the many African diners I have been to, and I have been to many, this was one of the better ones. It is clean. The... bathroom is very clean as well. The food tasted authentically East African in many ways. The fried tilapia is the best. Theportion sizes are smaller than other places and the ugali could be softer and better cooked. But it works great since it tastedfresh. The wait time was a little long but the appetizer came back to back with the food. Absolutely delicious! Flavors and seasoning and just great food! They have some killer fried fish, delicious beef and chicken... stews, stir fry and desserts are amazing! I highly recommend. You may have a bit of a wait but it?s absolutely worth it. Theyare so nice and polite and even the chef came to apologize for the delay and offered us desserts. They wait an hour after placing my order to say they ran out of the meat I ordered. No worries, I make a substitute, then they... cancel the entire order. Never wasting my money here again.
