Been a regular here for years, but the recent change of management has been a big let down. I came in with some buddies and... picked up the tab on some wings and beers, left a 25% tip for Server John M. My total should have been $66.46, John ran my cardfor $126.46!! I talked to John about the error whom said "it would be fixed and the GM was on it", days later when I saw norefund I spoke to Mgr Amy who said the owner will issue the credit "asap", when I spoke to her again 2 days later she rudelytold me the owner himself issued the credit and she couldn't do anything else. Days later I spoke to the Owner himself who knewnothing about the situation. While he was very apologetic and claimed a refund was on the way, it never came. I even triedcalling the other store which was my quickest help, but they only refunded the actual $15 tip I intended to leave. I give up,they can have the money they fraudulently took if they need it that bad. The owner did offer me a $25 gift card which doesn't =the money they took, they can keep that too as I will not be back in to this dirty little dive bar. I have been coming to this establishment off and on for 15 years. My recent visit was on par from my previous experiences.... While the atmosphere is decent and the wait staff are nice there are a few things that could be improved. For asking repeatedlyhow I wanted my burger cooked, they did not deliver on my requested temp of medium but instead I got a well done burger. Thebeer was cold however and the burger tasted fine though it was not cooked the way I had ordered. I will be back and maybe trythe pizza next. Got there around 6:30and was seated right away. Place got really busy about 7. Food was very good. Service was a bit slow but... given staffing issues these days you almost expect that but our server was great. Will be back. Read more

Staff was friendly but for my first time ordering from here was a miss?.. NO gravy on my country fried chicken and mashed. It?s... not just the kitchen?s fault-bartender should have checked as well as myself! Read more

Good food. Service was a little slow. Guessing they were short staffed. Got sweet potato fries with my burger. They had a... gluten free bun. They also worked with my cinnamon allergy as did not realize their fries had cinnamon sugar on them. Broughtme regular fries to replace them. Thank you for working with me. Read more

The staff was absolutely awesome, but the food was mediocre. I ordered a burger medium and got one of the more well-done burgers... I've seen in awhile. Love this place! Not only is the food great it?s so affordable and not just a typical hole in the wall place.
