Just a heads up this location doesn?t honor subway coupons. They have a huge sign that says ?mention coupons before ordering?,... so I mentioned my footlong coupon for $5.99. They said that one was fine but had a list of like 3-4 others they don?t honor.Sure enough, I am ringed up and they won?t let me use it. Super frustrating Read more
First time here, not many customers, service was quick, good food, we ate in the store. Would come back.
Subways always great but can't give the Subway Cafe 5 stars because of their hours posted, which they have computer printed out... sign on their door that says Monday-Friday 930a-330p but they Close/locked their doors @ 3p! The Google navigation app says theyclose @ 4p!?? So I did an edit to their hours hopefully they see their mistake & correct it accordingly. Read more
Store is permanently closed as far as I can tell. Nice location, inconsistent staff. Online ordering never "worked". Even if no... customers in store, they hadn't started order until I got in the store. End of December 2019 I ordered online and went to pickit up and the store is now permanently closed as far as I can tell (see pic), yet they charged my card. Gmaps says temporarilyclosed now, but store locator not showing it at all on subway site. When I submitted to corporate customer service to try to geta refund, they told me I'm SOL and need to contact the franchisee. Not sure how to do that when the store is closed. Food is great, staff can quickly and efficiently make my order...when they're open. I usually try to go to this location, which... I prefer over the one on Metcalf by far, but their posted hours don't reflect when they're actually open at all. Was just thereat noon, on a Monday, to find the open signs off and doors locked, but the interior lights were on and chairs set up like theywere open. This happens time and again that they are just closed for no reason during their posted hours. I'm getting sick andtired of it, but this is the only store in my area that still has the Honey Oat bread that I like. Read more
My family and I LOVE this store. It's very clean, always has fresh veggies and the staff adores my little boy. They give him... special attention every time. That is so special to me, one million stars for all employees, good job subway :) Read more
First couple times I've been I thought maybe staff were just having a bad day. But every time I feel like I'm a burden asking... them to make me a sandwich. Employees get annoyed when I ask for toppings. Sorry I just want a sandwich ? Only reason for 3stars is food is good quality. Update: Went there again today for my final time. The guy argued with me saying I requested a 6"instead of a foot long and got angry when I requested the correct sandwich. I never order a 6" and certainly didn't this time.Couldn't even understand him over the mumbling. I'll take my business to Jimmy John's across the street or down the road toGoodcents from now on.
