Bad service asked to speak with the manager. Never came out and not answering the phone call. I contacted the home office and... they said each sonic may have different rules. The sonics here was so prompt and the food was so hot and fresh. The wait was not long even though we're there were a couple of... cars ahead of me. Also the order taker was very nice courteous and upbeat and she made you feel like you are ordering from acarnivore or something. Also upon bringing the food out they made sure they read my order back to make sure that everything wascomplete so I believe that this Sonic is one of the best in Kansas City area Read more
