Made an order online, go to pick it up and the store is closed. No one reached out to me until i had to call and complain almost... 2 hrs after. Per the manager Taeler the whole morning shift overslept and no one opened the store. No one bothered to contact meto let me know of this, i had to call the location and wait another 3 hrs for the ?manager? to contact me and let me know whathappened. Zero accountability. Read more

Dirtiest smoothie king ever. Not only is the store a mess, but the young man making mine kept wiping his hair and brow then made... the smoothie without washing his hands or using gloves. And he got the order wrong twice, I had to walk him through what goes init. Read more

They usually have great smoothies with good flavor. The prices are a little high for my taste but they are good every once and... while. I wouldn?t say the staff is friendly but they aren?t overtly rude so I guess it?s okay? My main issue with this locationis that they?re extremely inconsistent. You can go in there once and get a delicious smoothie that?s blended up all the way andfilled all the way to the top of the cup. The next time you go in, you have ice chunks and it?s a quarter of the way down thecup. It was like drinking an iced pack drink. Not sure if they added ice after because they realized it wasn?t enough or what ?Either way, completely ridiculous. Went in for a smoothie, was already feeling tired from a long day. Saw a deal that if you signed up for sms you got $2 off. Went... online looking, not realizing it was a touch screen in front of me. When I asked how to sign up the lady acted like I was anusance. Eventually got signed up, she knew I was signing, there wasn't any further direction from her. I paid and reviewed myreceipt and saw she didn't give the discount. Remember, she knew I was interested in the discount. Went back in and pointed itout, she said, "you never gave me the code"......ummm what code. I let her know she didn't provide any more direction and askedto speak to the manager. She (Taeler) said she was the manager. Then asked to speak to the person above her, another lady cameout said she was the regional manager and what was the issue. I looked at her, said you heard our interaction, asked to speak tosomeone above her she said that would be the owner and he will just kick you back to me. He attitude was one of indifference aswell. The whole attitude of this place was we don't care and lack of direction to assist the customer was prevalent. Will notgo to this specific Smoothie King again. Read more

Hate feeling rushed when I have not been in a smoothie king for a while. I understand that employees are probably pushed to... recomend things but I was trying to check the menu out and felt interrupted and rushed. Maybe someday there will be a TropicalSmoothie in the shopping center way they more laid back. Cashier was nice though. Read more

Very unsatisfied with the service. My daughters got 2 smoothies and complained they tasted sour as if the fruit of mix was past... date. I called twice, once I spoke to a young lady who said she would pass my info along with the ticket number on to a manager.A week had passed and no phone call. My daughters got into me about calling again so I did. Got a manager that told me there wasno record of the call and I needed to have my receipt for a refund. I explained that I gave that information over the phone butwas still denied either replacement shakes or a refund. So we wont be going back. Read more

Had a nice and quick visit (with the kids), and best part was that it was $5 Friday and we had gift cards!!!! Kids got their... own 32 ounce choices, and I got mine. They were great at letting the kids pick what sounds good and then requested to add alittle something special to make it even more flavorful. As for mine, the boosts did just the trick as flavor is one thing, buthealthy habits are another. We will be back to taste more options and enjoy more $5 Fridays. Read more
